  1. Hi Rampage, Thanks, I checked the settings and the Captcha shows and seems to work good with yoor provided settings, except for 1 place. When you go to the authentication page (click login upperright corner) and make a new account, it keeps telling the captcha is wrong, even when you're sure it's right (tried several times, multiple instances). Hope it will be fixed in future.
  2. Hi Factor, I tried upgrading to 1.08 and even 1.1. The upgrade to 1.08 worked, but I ran into an issue with a 'hanging' screen when making a new account. When upgrading to 1.1 the Warehouse theme was not compatible. So, I decided to stay on 1.07 for now. Did lots of customizations. I will check the Datakick plugin, thanks!

  4. I also have a similar problem. When customers register a new account, the captcha is not shown and an error message is received. I tried to adjust some settings but no luck: "If not, you might have to tweak the advanced settings. Here you can set the displayed HTML and the jQuery selector to place the captcha." I now get mass amounts of new Russian accounts... 😞 Any suggestions are welcome.
  5. Hi, I'm trying to figure out how I can put custom code in the <header></header> section of a CMS page. I need to add a code event snippet for google adwords tracking, in which the event is clicking on a button on that CMS page: Copy the snippet below and paste it in between the <head></head> tags of the page(s) you'd like to track, right after the global site tag. Then, call gtag_report_conversion when someone clicks on the chosen link or button. I also don't exactly understand what is ment by 'Then, call gtag_report_conversion when someone clicks on the chosen link or button.' Hope somebody knows? Kind regards, Patrick
  6. Yep, I have the same. Is not supported. Hope it will in future. The v2 'select the bus' images etc are driving me crazy.
  7. Hi PedalMan, No I did not change my statuses. I eventually solved it by downloading the statsmodule and statsdata modules from thirtybees github. Deleting the old modules and uploading the new. Somehow it solved the problem. Anyhow, everybody thanks for your help.
  8. Hi yes I understand in some countries it can give problems, but I only ship to Netherlands and Belgium. So no issue 🙂 Yes, I will dive deeper into it. Problem is it's a live shop. So I first need to setup a test shop etc. I'll do some tests and debugging, hopefully I can post an answer soon. No easy fix or alternative I'm afraid 😉
  9. Hi, thanks for your reply. I now use address2 field for the required housenumber, I was also able to translate and add 'housenumber' text, so it works. Before the upgrade, I downloaded the files I have changed and after the upgrade I uploaded the same files in same location: classes/Address.php Themes/warehouse/order-opc-new-account.tpl /theme/css/global.css The changes I did are described in the post https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/463199-huisnummer-verplicht-adres-veld/ It worked for me before with every upgrade. And it does work everywhere, except when a customer wants to add an invoice address besides his normal address, the screen just hangs. Maybe I need more thorough error checking, but hoped maybe someone had a better/ other solution for making a required housenumber field.
  10. Hi, In the standard version of Thirty Bees (and Prestashop), entering a housenumber is not required. So (too) many times customers forget to fill in their housenumber in the Adress1 field. It costs me lots of time to mail and get the housenumber from the customer, and also it doesn't look very professional. So I searched the forums for a solution and I found one (on Dutch forum): https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/463199-huisnummer-verplicht-adres-veld/ Gladly, this works, also for thirty bees. But when I upgrade from thirty bees 1.07 to 1.08 it doesn't work anymore for 'add different invoice adress'. The screen just hangs. So my question is, if someone has a good solution for making the housenumber field (address2 field) required for normal and invoice address without anything breaking. Does anyone know why this feature to make address field 2 required isn't a standard option in 'Preferences - Customers'? Will it be in future? Kind regards, Patrick
  11. Hi Piet, Thanks for your reply. The problem is (sadly) a bit more complex. The templates are correct, also the translations of the templates. Everything goes fine, but only in specific situations the wrong email is send or other things happen: When a customer cancels payment for an order, the wrong email is send, not 'paymenterror', but 'orderconf'. When a customer orders a virtual product and cancels payment, see point 1, also the customer gets email with download link... (Customer should have received 'payment error' mail and no email with download link). Anybody any idea how to fix or where to look? Help greatly appreciated! Kind regards, Patrick

  14. Hi, Since last week, my dashboard statistic module suddenly stopped registering sales etc. It just shows a flat line since begin of january. I checked the error log and found this: [Tue Jan 08 15:04:55.418180 2019] [:error] [pid 24724] [client 85.150.219.252:49676] PHP Warning: Division by zero in /home/krachtshop/domains/krachtshop.nl/public_html/modules/dashtrends/dashtrends.php on line 326, referer: https://krachtshop.nl/admin1864/index.php?controller=AdminDashboard&token=0ee75e2a853bc1fa474b35028931db79 I checked and line 326 of that file is this: $translation = $normalMin + ($compareDate - $compareMin) * ($normalSize / $compareSize); But I'm not to technical and don't know what to do. Can anyone see what's the problem of this error? Kind regards, Patrick

I checked if this was correctly configured in Orders - Status, and it was. I googled it and more people have this problem, but no solution was posted. Does anyone know how to fix?   16. @wakabayashi Hi thanks. I contacted Dev, they only support PS 1.6. I even offered to test their module on TB, but they refused. I also think there is a big chance it should work, all other modules I migrated worked without problems.
  17. Hi, I just migrated my PS 1.6 shop to Thirty Bees, without a hassle :smiling_face: I just wonder. I really want/ need a module for my shop: https://addons.prestashop.com/en/stock-supplier-management/20886-lots-and-expiration-date.html But it's almost 70 bucks and I'm not sure it will/ should work on Thirty Bees and there is no support from developers, because the module is only for PS 1.6. So to avoid I buy the module for nothing, does anyone know if I can try? Should it normally work you think? Thanks, Patrick
