Suggestion: Friendly URLs should not automatically update after title edit

Currently, friendly URLs automatically update when a product oder category title is edited.

I think this can easily causes problems when coupled with the lack of a redirect, as discussed here: https://forum.thirtybees.com/topic/1490/suggestion-editing-seo-friendly-url-automatically-creates-a-permanent-redirect/11

I just saw that this is already possible under Preferences>Products>Force update of friendly URL :)
