Warehouse 3.8.7 install error on tb 1.0.6 "Bad configuration file"

When trying to install Warehouse theme I keep running into a "Bad configuration file" error. I've installed this theme and others many times before and this is my first time getting this error.

I've tried uploading an older version that worked with previous tb versions and I get the same error.

It has already been fixed in the core and will be working fine on the next release.
