Where I can find theme-color meta tag in tb?

I think I asked this couple of months ago but I can't find the thread. I'm making new site and I want to change the mobile chrome tab colors from tb yellow to my green but I downloaded the whole site and I can't find this meta tag.

Am I stupid or what?! :D

BO > preferences > themes > go to icon tab you can change
