RaptorX Posted October 19, 2018 Posted October 19, 2018 Seems like system is not sending emails anymore. I see in the Email all the emails that are supposed to be sent but i get none of them. When i try sending a test email it doesnt work either. Can you please verify? I am using TB 1.0.6 on a VPS older version was working without issues.

I tried making an order... didnt receive any of the emails. Went to BO and sent a test email, the domain is not the same because im using a test domain at the moment. Then i changed the test email to my personal one and i dont get the test mail either.
0 lesley Posted October 19, 2018 Posted October 19, 2018 Use an email that is on the same domain as the thirty bees instance. Are you on a cpanel server that you have root access to?

0 lesley Posted October 19, 2018 Posted October 19, 2018 Check the server mail log to see if the mails are actually leaving the server. My bet is gmail is dropping them because of spam.
0 mauroagr Posted October 19, 2018 Posted October 19, 2018 Check if the TB are in SSL encryptation in Email configuration. I have problems here, they change to TLS after migration. I put SSL and all go fine. Mauro

0 lesley Posted October 19, 2018 Posted October 19, 2018 yeah, it seems that way. But looking at the error message that is what it looks like. They might have the function disabled until people request it enabled. stops people from spinning up instances to churn spam.
