PHP Version?

What php version is needed? I have 7.0 and it won't install.

What error are you getting? thirty bees is compatible with 5.6 -> 7.2

without installing again it says something like php versin 7.0 required and only 5.6 something found. I sat with support on chat for an hour and they said the upgraded it to 7.0 but still got same error so they said to contact here and get exact version needed.

Can you create a php info file in your web space and see what is returned as the php version. 5.6 should be fine.
