No Secure Payment option in checkout

We migrated Jointsystems.org/Shop PS 1.6.1.24 yesterday.  Installed authorize aim module successfully and configured checking off all four card choices.   When you go to the front end  and check out there is no secure card choice?    The main reason for migrating to TB was the Authorize aim module in PS was  not working each site coming back with the response 'Authorize.net returned a malformed response, aborted."

We migrated another shop jointsystems.com/shop.   When the cart works (half the time it is scrambled)  and when you can find one of the 54954 products to order, there is no secure card check out though Authorize.net module is installed with both keys and all four cards are checked.
