Keeps showing Maintenance-Message

So when i go to backend and "Maintenance", then i add my ip and hit save, when clicking "My shop", usually i can see the shop page. But if i refresh the page or move on site too much, it shows "Maintenance" message. I did try adding *-marks to end of IP, because it seems IP is changing, but that didnt help. Cloudflare is on "Development Mode".

Any ideas? Checking store and translations is little pain right now.

Try to restore original IP address, as described here:
