link to generate attributes has changed after 500 error

Hi, I have change the url direct to main admin console somehow when I reinstated the website by undoing the the cache addon that I did yesterday.  I don't know how to fix the link as to where to go and I also am not to familiar with php never learned it. only fair at html. 

Can anyone instruct me as to how to fix?
