kmankoo Posted September 15, 2020 Posted September 15, 2020 Hi, i've attempted to migrate from PS 1.6.1.23 over to thirtybees but the database migration is stuck at 302 tabes. See screenshot attached. It's been like this for over an hour. Any ideas what I can do to move on from this point?
0 datakick Posted September 15, 2020 Posted September 15, 2020 Create database backup directly in your phomyadmin. Then run migration again, without the backup
0 kmankoo Posted September 15, 2020 Author Posted September 15, 2020 (edited) Hi, thanks for your help. I've done that and its migrated across but the website is not visible. The only thing I can see is the logo. Everything else disappeared. It's as if the theme/css files are not loading up. I've reverted to the community theme and it's still empty. Would this have anything to do with the modules that have been switched off? Edited September 15, 2020 by kmankoo
0 datakick Posted September 15, 2020 Posted September 15, 2020 Check that Advanced Parameters > Performance > Disable non thirty bees modules is not enabled. If it's toggled off, go to your Modules page, and reset all modules.
