Shipping Based on Number of Items...

I am looking to be able to charge a flat rate for the first item, and then a certain amount for each added item. for example: $1.50 for the first item and then $0.25 for each additional item.

I would also be interested in doing this based on category. Like if you purchase 1 item from Category 1, that is $1.50, if you purchase an item from Category 2, that is $5.50.

Or maybe just be able to set the price per item. Simple!

Any ideas?
