Wrong store link?

I have asked this but slightly different, and have got no answers.
In the control panel of our shop there is a message that we have the wrong link to the shop. 
You are connected with the following domain name jv74.se
This is different from the domain name specified in the "SEO & URLs" tab. If this is your domain, please change it now.

This is correct, the url is www.jv74.se

But if I change it I cant reach the shop because of too many redirects. Can this be a htaccess problem, I reloaded it after I changed. Or a rewrite problem in the apache config file? 

I suspect that this cause some other odd problems we have with search and a payment gateway.

Anyone has a solution for this?

Hello.

Did you delete your old .htaccess and recreate it from backoffice?

Check your database, there is a table named "tb_shop_url" (I had to finish the url with a /)

If you edit .htaccess the URL are correct? Maybe browser cache is remembering old setting? https is enabled in backoffice?

All seems correct. It is the bo that give the error. The front show the wwwdomain. If I change the url in bo to only jv74 i get a lot of strange errors. Like pictures not showing etc. But anyway the front works as it should. I am really more worried about the search error I wrote about in another post.
