Lower Back office menus inaccessible

I use TB on FullHD display, when all menus are folded, everything is visible.

When i open short menu like "Cart Rules", i can accesses "Advanced Parameters", but when i open "Preferences", the "Advanced Parameters" and menus below are invisible and scroll did not work to view them.

If i click again on "Cart Rules", i can accesses to all menus.

Reduce the height of your window a bit. There is a mode for low height windows, which kicks in at < 850px window height.
