Niera menu is not mobile friendly, it wont open.

Can anyone please help me fix my menu? I have niera theme and when using mobile the menu does not open unless i turn my phone sideways which might discourage customers. https://officerat.store

It looks like you changed positions of cart module and top menu module.

The theme didn't install properly, I reinstalled it and then it was ok.
