Updated to 1.3 without issues, but db show problems

Hi! I have updated our 2 shops to 1.3 and if finally went flawless. But when I check db after update it show a lot of problems.

There is 3 differen categories

1. critical

2. recommended

3. recommended dangerous

Which ones should I fix and what means dangerous?
