Disable back office help boxes.

Hi. I have a bit of trouble trying to disable the help boxes in back office. In Prestashop I remember I had a button in Preferences to disable the help boxes but I see that thirty bees removed it and can't find the file to remove them manually. Any kind of help would be very much appreciated.

I cannot remember a button like that in PrestaShop. What version was it in?
