Thumbnails blurry even after regeneration (presumably not regenerating)

Hi, my thumbnails are blurry because the old prestashop 1.5 store has thumbnails for products of 130px and the new thirtybees store has 300px. I have done regenerate thumbnails, it takes several minutes but does not solve the problem.

It's only on a testing server at the moment so I have time to fix it.

Have you cleared your cache in your browser? Those files will cache.
