Question

Hello Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with the store template I am using for my website. When I add categories and attempt to display them, they do not appear on the website. Below are the details of the issue:

  • Template Name/Version: thirtybees 1.5.1

  • Steps to the Issue:

    1. Navigate to the admin panel.
    2. Add new categories under the home section.
    3. Save the changes.
    4. Attempt to view the categories on the website.
  • Expected Behavior: The categories should be displayed on the website as added in the admin panel.

  • Actual Behavior: The categories do not appear on the website.

Additional Information:

Please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your support.

Best regards,
Mohanad

You'll have to install module Block Categories.

By default TB (and PS in that matter) does not show categories to a set place.

You can configure this module and place it where you want (left/right column, etc.)

Same with Top menu - it does not automatically display categories if you don't configure it to do so.
