TB 1.6

I can't upload product photos. Each photo is uploaded to a new folder, and each new folder is automatically created with wrong permission 775, and photo with 664. Is it a TB 1.6 related issue? I also have a shop on TB1.1.0 on the same server with the same settings and there is no problem with photos upload. TB 1.1 is on PHP 5.6, TB 1.6 is on PHP 8.3

After upload I'm getting this error:

This should not happen (wrong permisions), each product in separate folder is proper behavior.

Contact your host if you are on managed service - they will probably be able to troubleshoot.
