David Flinotff Posted Friday at 01:14 PM Posted Friday at 01:14 PM Hi everyone, I wanted to start a discussion about simplifying how shipping-related tasks and notes are captured when working with GoShippo in ecommerce workflows. In many cases, follow-ups or exceptions come up during calls, packing checks, or quick team discussions, but they’re often documented later. That delay can cause missed details or extra admin work. One approach we’ve been exploring is voice-based input as an optional layer, using tools like Gennie, so users can speak quick notes or actions and sync them with their existing tools, while GoShippo remains the system of record. Potential scenarios: Capturing shipment exceptions or follow-ups by voice Logging quick notes during warehouse checks Reducing manual typing during busy fulfillment hours Keeping shipping tasks aligned with order operations Want to hear from others here: How do you currently capture shipping notes or follow-ups in real time? Where does manual entry slow things down most? Would voice-based capture add value to your GoShippo workflows? Looking forward to your thoughts.
