@LauraJ Hi, Laura,

Here are the files. They were given to me by another user because the back office CSV Import page samples, when clicked on, brings me to a page not found on my own site. @lesley why is this?

Download and rename them without the numbers in front. Also make backups of them before using them.

The names are: combinationsimport.csv and productsimport.csv

01515176464486combinations_import.csv and

01515176477127products_import.csv

@lauraj CSV import is easier if you use spreadsheet software like Excel to mange the files. If your products supplier can give you a spreadsheet with the product information already in it, it saves loads of time to amend this to what is required to import with TB.

OK! BIG NEWS!!! I put my little 40 year old high school brain to work and figured out how to open it in excel. I use excel daily BUT haven't done data imports etc in 20 years... I absolutely forgot about that sort of thing! YAY me AND GOOGLE. Thanks everyone for your help. Still not as simple as a supplier giving me info as I hand make all my products (nail decals) and have over 500 to enter.... but this is HUGE for that reason as well.
