About this blog

During my time at the PrestaShop forum I created a Section "Benutzerleitfäden (Guidelines [for merchants])" which is abandoned now, because most of my own stuff is deleted. Hopefully some of the tips & tutorials in this section may be helpful to users of thirty bees, too. Create a voucher for your customer

Following problem: A customer sends back the complete order or parts of it. What to do now?
