That box being unchecked is confusing but having it unchecked is what worked for me.

If that doesn't work maybe @Briljander can explain how they added it to the footer code in warehouse you could try it that way instead. You code isn't saving for some reason.

No thats the purpose of the presto module it adds the code to your website.

Uncheck hide livezilla in presto if that doesn't work try generating the code without passthrough enabled because that is the only difference we have.

In chrome if I right click on your website page body>view page source to see the code there is no livezilla code there. Did you click "update" to save your code in the presto module because it's not showing up.

Not getting any visitor notifications? Under chat invites make sure "play sound" is checked Open the screen with the folded book looking icon under email icon. I'll go visit your site see if you hear me :)

@alwayspaws Under server config>enable visitor monitoring is checked Link generator>I have dynamic not pass through. I can see where all these new options can be confusing! I just noticed in the presto module I DO NOT have hide livezilla checked since it's set for visitor monitoring in livezilla

@alwayspaws Do you want the chat button or just visitor monitoring? I see there are a lot more options now than when I first set mine up.

@alwayspaws Hmm, my livezilla generated link for visitor monitoring in presto changeo module is different, no pass through data part. How did you generate your code?

@Briljander Thanks! good to know I can do it that way also, I'm using Panda but haven't tried setting livezilla up that way. There are so many options to his themes I haven't explored them all.

I think tawk is easier to set up for someone who doesn't want to do a complete install without a quick install type of set up. Livezilla is run on your own host set up the same as a TB install from scratch, so if you aren't comfortable with setting up a database etc tawk is easier to setup. I personally prefer my chats, data etc on my own server, not a service provided by someone else.

Hi @Briljander great to hear about livezilla! Still waiting over two weeks for tawk.to to delete my account. You can't do it manually you have to request via email, now I know why I'm still waiting ;) Do you use presto changeo module to add the livezilla code?

If you used the presto changeo module to paste code you can try turning off the image and just monitor until you get back to it to test it out? Monitor settings available in Livezilla too: Too many plates spinning here as well :)
