Messages coming through the contact us page form have the header: "store name" message from contact form [no_sync] Is it supposed to say [no_sync] or have I got something set up wrong?

Not a module, you have to create a directory and database to install livezilla on your host just like a self install of TB, install the client on your mac, then connect the two. The presto changeo module makes it a simple copy/paste to connect it all into TB once your web tracking/live chat info is generated within livezilla. Might be able to paste the livezilla code into your custom code sections in Jonny's theme without it but the presto module makes it really simple, plus it's free ;) I was thrilled to find they finally made a mac version after using it so many years ago on windows, just updated the latest version required by writing over all my existing files it recognized as an update then installed the mac dmg. Didn't loose all my previous data! It shows as a trial but after 30 days you get the basic free version which is all I've ever used. You can leave livezilla client open in a separate desktop window it dings when you have traffic :) I found talk.to timed out pretty quickly, just didn't like all the data on their server, this is on your own host.

@alwayspaws livezilla update... Installed talk.to didn't like it so deleted it found out livezilla is now mac compatible after all these years! https://www.livezilla.net/downloads/en/ I've installed it with presto-chageo module above you can view customers online where they came from, search terms etc and you don't have to have the "we're on line chat" overlay button if you just want to monitor visitors.

I use USPS.com to create shipping labels so adding customer email while creating the label allows them to receive tracking info directly from USPS It would be nice to have customer email on invoice rather than go back to customer account to find it.

Perfect timing! I'm trying to add USPS tracking to customers account but don't want to slam them with too many emails. Currently I have USPS send customer tracking info separate from TB but want to update orders to "shipped" adding the tracking info to the customers account. Can that be done from BO without sending email? Think I had a PS ninja module to access customer account to do this but can't find it.

I lowered my pack inventory quantity but that isn't really working since it isn't accurate.

Ran into this also. I sell 10 packs and 3 packs at a lower price in addition to singles. Watching for a solution.

UPDATE Used PHPMyAdmin found and deleted all 17 test transactions by deleting them under: stripetransaction They no longer show up in stripe BO module so I'm happy they are hopefully all gone. If remnants remain elsewhere at least I don't have to see them :)

@alwayspaws This might be a question for Jonny :) Does Transformer have the options for custom css, javascript, tracking and head code? Panda does, I've added code to css without problem but just to change the text color. Might not be what you are looking for since I believe it will change all pages. check: theme editor>custom codes

There are modules to delete orders for PS, but I believe this free version leaves things behind. At least that is what I read, don't know for certain since I didn't know where to check. Not sure about deleting orders being illegal but I deleted all my test orders, customers etc getting ready to go live. Came to a halt when I couldn't delete test stripe transactions :( My pet peeve is modules leaving trash behind when you delete them. I don't think basic functionality keeping things tidy should require a module but should be built in. Then again I don't write code

I'm not too happy about the test data being there. :( I'm going live soon so I really don't want to break something deleting things. Seriously, test data needs a delete key!

Found Favic-o-matic the other day. http://www.favicomatic.com/ It does a pretty good job of generating all the sizes at one time if you need them!

Should the BO database backup increase this much after updating to 1.0.3 or do I have a problem?
