No Panda love involved! It is what my site started with in the very beginning of thirtybees when lots of help was offered in the early days of this forum. I just wanted to get everything updated without starting over again. If I could flip the switch to thirtybees theme I would I'm still on 1.0.8 ESPECIALLY NOW My site is small, no big budget to redo it - just me It's mainly extra money to supplement the overly burdensome property tax to keep my farm. THAT is the ONLY love involved As far as @Sunnytoo, they are only as good as their word...something that seems to be lacking these days Updates were promised but never happened Was just letting other PANDA users know

Nobody has time for searching for fixes to make it work.

Has anyone tried Pirate Ship? https://www.pirateship.com/ I'm thinking not since search had zero results 😞 It's MUCH better than USPS Click n Ship IMHO! After USPS changing rates all the time I tried the web version of Pirate Ship which was dollars cheaper per package for shipping helping to avoid changing shipping in TB I bailed on my USPS loyalty points and saved what they wold have been with just a few shipments You can copy paste the FULL address and it auto fills info It has eCommerce integration, but not for PS or TB https://support.pirateship.com/en/articles/1655429-what-integrations-does-pirate-ship-have I asked them if they plan on a module for PS or TB and they replied it's on their list We all know how list priorities work though 🙂 Give them a nudge to bump up the module list if you are interested in using it within TB I really liked using it aside from the silly pirate stuff that is 🙂

Mail alerts stopped sending order emails after latest module updates Test mail PHP does work TB 1.0.8 PANDA 1.4.6 Yes I know it's old but it JUST WORKS until now 🙂 The issue is probably already addressed but I have PANDA also so that's another update problem...it won't update in BO either I can get to the configure part of the mail module page but it doesn't stick it goes back to enable Also tried this old fix but still fail to receive an order email Only know when I've gotten an order by STRIPE sending notice I'm trying to get PANDA and TB current once and for all after numerous failed attempts or move to another shopping cart which I don't really want to do. May just go with the standard template if I must since PANDA seems to be abandoned for TB It was much easier for the not so technical to play around with updates when the rollback feature was available rather than dealing with CPanel Wish that feature was still an option for the rest of us who aren't technically gifted only enough to get into trouble 🙂 I can live with it but I'd like to get it fixed until I can FULLY update PANDA theme and TB Thanks for any suggestions! Looks like module might need to be updated to work with TB? I unzipped the mail alerts files as instructed uploaded them to the mailalerts module TB showed the mailalert module needed an update so is one overriding the other? Thanks! I'm a bit hesitant to add PS modules that may or may not ever be updated or are messy to remove from past PS experience but I might give this a try. So I guess neither panda or TB has the customer who requested option built in? Maybe customers requesting notification could be considered to be added in the future Thank you!

thirty bees 1.0.8 panda 1.3 Hi Can anyone tell me where the customers who requested an IN STOCK email notification are listed for out of stock products using Panda theme? I've looked through TB stats emails Panda settings etc and can't find where they are listed. I set TB up so long ago I've forgotten 😞 Also recently saw on the forum that Panda isn't upgraded any longer?

Thanks! It's been a while since I've looked at logs TB just seems to work after you initially get it set up! Will have to see what the log says if I can remember how to find them. Was able to access from my phone LTE shortly after sending my plea but not from home AT&T internet ISP It resolved itself shortly after Nothing new was done on my end, no updates no new modules nothing just checked for orders and it was blank Tried other browsers same result wasn't until I checked on my phone that I saw it was working. So no idea, caching issue somewhere? I know from past experience if a website changes DNS it takes several days for my home AT&T ISP to catch up usually get a cloudflare page instead for a few days but my phone has the newest version available

Rolled back to 1.1.0 Get the same result no update for Panda 1.5.4 Bleeding edge as well as 1.1.0 ALSO gives me a 500 server error when viewing cart with Panda 1.4.6 Checked directory permission all good also have nothing cached. Had to roll back to 1.0.8 for Panda 1.4.6 to work for me 😞

Thanks Elund Just updated TB from 1.0.8 to 1.1.x No luck on Panda update 1.5.4 It still says I'm up to date with 1.4.6 Hopefully @Jonny can explain

Hi @elund Can you please tell me what version thirty bees you are on to see the Panda update? I'm going to try updating to bleeding edge from 1.0.8 then hopefully it will show up for me too. Did you upgrade to Panda 1.5.4 without any issues? Thanks!

@AndyC Exactly, just a wee bit of guidance helps tremendously for what is so obvious to those with experience. Hopefully @Jonny can point us in the right direction to find out why we don't get the updates in BO!

Go to shop I have the SAME question since I was never able to do the last update and would really like to get both TB and Panda current I'm still on Panda 1.3 TB showed that it was current for 1.5.3 as well as this new one but I'm still on 1.4.6 Here is the post link from @Jonny from last year about this problem it was never resolved for me

Hm, this same exact scenario just happened again. I will delete as I did last time but can anyone explain why the duplicate order happens? The duplicate does not charge STRIPE twice but customer history shows as spent and inventory is deducted as shown in my screen caps in first post. Is the customer reloading the page by accident by going back a page? Is this a bug? Please let me know your thoughts! Thanks!

running thirty bees 1.0.8 with panda 1.46 stripe 1.7.0 Received a duplicate order but only only actually processed with stripe They both have two different order numbers, ID numbers, are listed TWICE in order history. They are counted TWICE for sales in the BO even though only ONE was processed through stripe. It looks like the orders were seconds apart. Both reference the SAME stripe transaction ID but the order amount was only processed ONCE through stripe BO shows stripe: Credit Card one with a lock the other without as show in this image. The one with the lock is the one that actually processed even though both are counted for sales. I would like to delete the duplicate but can't without refunding the ONE correct order. Is the only way to delete the duplicate order in the data base? Do I need to delete more than one data base entry to clear this duplicate? Will this correct the sales total? I recall Vechia had a module for PrestaShop that would delete orders do we have something similar for Thirty Bees? Would this happen from the customer reloading the page or is there another problem with the STRIPE module? Thanks!
