I have previously run into this problem. The most common error is the products shipping size/weight. Go to the Catalog>Products> select the product that gives the error > Shipping> check that the package width,height, depth, weight is within the range for your carriers. Also adding one product to an order that puts the whole order out of shipping size/weight for that carrier.

Hi I have had this problem (Internal Server error 500) using 1.0.2 since launcing on a2 hosting, using cloudlinux. @lesley had a look at it once and couldn't recreate the problem I find it can be intermitent. I have looked into this problem further. As I said earlier I use thirty bees recommended hosting partner A2, using CloudLinux. The 500 errors continue along with 404 errors. I contacted A2 and tthey said Sorry to hear about the problem you are experiencing. This happens because you have used all the resources and hit the limits for your hosting account: Your site has been limited within the past 24 hours CPU resources were limited for your site Virtual memory resources were limited for your site I/O usage resources were limited for your site Below are a couple a screen shots. This is a relativly fresh install of 1.0.2 via softalicious. with 70 products I think that the A2 hosting is not adequate to host 30 bees. Does anyone have any idea? cheers

Hi only using the standard modules and have 20 products. It seems to be a common problem inherited from prestashop. Thanks for your reply lesley. It is surprising that the server is running out of memory. I have a thirty bees recommended hosting partner a2. I can’t change the memory limit myself it is set at Resource Limits maxexecutiontime 30 Resource Limits maxinputtime 60 Resource Limits memory_limit 256M I will contact a2 to set the php memory limit higher, what limit would you recommend?

Hi I have a problem with updating or listing a new product. It varies what tab or tabs are highlighted. I press F5 and it will be OK, until I update a tabs contents, it then displays the same error as in the picture below, and the "Save and Stay" and "Save" buttons continue to spin and nothing is saved . Hopeing someone can help. Cheers
