  1. Hi, When updating TB to 1.5.0, the following error is displayed: The modules are up-to-date and this is my configuration: Has anyone else experienced this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Luke
  2. Hi Pedalman, I see from your other post that you sorted it as well. Great. Regards, Luke
  3. Hi Veganline Thanks so much for your help. I was working through your suggestions when the bug fix came in. Thanks Datakick. Regards, Luke
  4. Hi, I have recently migrated my site to 1.2.0 and I am try to add WEBP functionality. It all works but the WEBP compression settings have no effect on the size of the image. This is a bit of a problem as I have over 16,000 products, some with 4 images. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Luke
  5. Hi Pedalman, Did you manage to get to fix this? My Webp compression doesn't seem to work as the images are the same size regardless of the settings. Regards, Luke
  6. Sorry, I somehow missed the later responses. I don't know how I missed the alerts. Yes, it is the Panda theme. I have updated the copyright. Thanks for that. @veganline, you raised some very interesting points regarding reducing clicks to buy. I definitely need to look into that. I also looked at using the manufacturer/brand for the publisher and author. We are uploading a thousand books at a time using the CSV import function so I was worry about creating duplicate entries.
  7. Hi, This problem has been solved at long last thanks to Lesley. I split Malaysia's states across two zones: West Malaysia and East Malaysia. Then, I assigned different shipping rates to each of these zones. Apparently, you cannot do this as it produces erratic results. I solved this problem by keeping all states within the same zone and using the Localised Shipping Module by Presto-Changeo. I hope this helps somebody else. Regards, Luke
  8. Just in case anyone else has a similar problem, uninstalling the module was not enough. I had to physically delete all files from the server.
  9. Thanks for the suggestion. I checked but there isn't an override.
  10. Hi Datakick, I still get the problem even after completely uninstalling the Adyen module. Is there any way to clear out uninstalled modules manually? I think this AdyenCw_SmartyProxy is probably installed for the registration. Argument 2 passed to Smarty_Internal_Method_CreateData::createData() must be an instance of Smarty_Internal_Data or null, instance of AdyenCw_SmartyProxy given, called in /srv/www/childrensbooks.my/html/vendor/smarty/smarty/libs/sysplugins/smarty_internal_extension_handler.php on line 133 in file vendor/smarty/smarty/libs/sysplugins/smarty_internal_method_createdata.php at line 34 I have contacted the developer and still awaiting his reply. I am thinking the best way is to remove this module and replace it with another. Regards, Luke
  11. You are a star datakick, thank you so much. You fixed the problem.

  13. Hi, The problem occurred again. There is nothing in the error log but the following entries are logged in the access files: Access log [06/Nov/2020:11:44:35 +0800] "GET /quick-order HTTP/1.1" 200 45509 "https://www.domain.my/" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/86.0.4240.183 Safari/537.36" [06/Nov/2020:11:44:36 +0800] "GET /themes/panda/cache/v_422_a737de91c528fcd5fcb21efd74c8e604_all.css HTTP/1.1" 200 91689 "https://www.domain.my/quick-order" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/86.0.4240.183 Safari/537.36" [06/Nov/2020:11:44:37 +0800] "GET /img/s/67.jpg HTTP/1.1" 200 944 "https://www.domain.my/quick-order" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/86.0.4240.183 Safari/537.36" [06/Nov/2020:11:44:37 +0800] "GET /themes/panda/cache/v_406_b4a304ca7564d47c3df3f3d1f65f5e1b.js HTTP/1.1" 200 195224 "https://www.domain.my/quick-order" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/86.0.4240.183 Safari/537.36" [06/Nov/2020:11:45:01 +0800] "POST /quick-order?rand=1604634301003 HTTP/1.1" 200 1146 "https://www.domain.my/quick-order" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/86.0.4240.183 Safari/537.36" ssl_access_log [06/Nov/2020:11:41:25 +0800] "-" 408 - [06/Nov/2020:11:44:07 +0800] "-" 408 - [06/Nov/2020:11:45:24 +0800] "-" 408 - Could these timeout errors be causing issues?   14. Hi Datakick, Thanks so much for the information. I will look into it.
  15. Hi, I updated from 1.0.7 to 1.1.0 on a test server. All appears to working well in the front end. However, when I try to access Modules and Services in the back end I get a 500 error. Debugging mode gives me the following error: ThirtyBeesException Argument 2 passed to Smarty_Internal_Method_CreateData::createData() must be an instance of Smarty_Internal_Data or null, instance of AdyenCw_SmartyProxy given, called in /srv/www/domain.my/html/vendor/smarty/smarty/libs/sysplugins/smarty_internal_extension_handler.php on line 103 in file vendor/smarty/smarty/libs/sysplugins/smarty_internal_method_createdata.php at line 34 Source file: vendor/smarty/smarty/libs/sysplugins/smarty_internal_method_createdata.php 15: * Valid for Smarty and template object 16: * 17: * @var int 18: */ 19: public $objMap = 3; 20: 21: /** 22: * creates a data object 23: * 24: * @api Smarty::createData() 25: * @link http://www.smarty.net/docs/en/api.create.data.tpl 26: * 27: * @param \Smarty_Internal_TemplateBase|\Smarty_Internal_Template|\Smarty $obj 28: * @param \Smarty_Internal_Template|\Smarty_Internal_Data|\Smarty_Data|\Smarty $parent next higher level of Smarty 29: * variables 30: * @param string $name optional data block name 31: * 32: * @returns Smarty_Data data object 33: */ 34: public function createData(Smarty_Internal_TemplateBase $obj, Smarty_Internal_Data $parent = null, $name = null) 35: { 36: /* @var Smarty $smarty */ 37: $smarty = $obj->_getSmartyObj(); 38: $dataObj = new Smarty_Data($parent, $smarty, $name); 39: if ($smarty->debugging) { 40: Smarty_Internal_Debug::register_data($dataObj); 41: } 42: return $dataObj; 43: } 44:} It seems to be my Adyen payment module which it is kind of important.   16. Hi tholespecial, Thanks for the suggestion. I recreated the carriers a while a go and only have one country. I had a look in the logs and this is interesting: Undefined variable: delivery_option in /srv/www/domain.my/html/classes/Cart.php on line 1039, referer: https://www.domain.my/quick-order Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function message() in /srv/www/domain.my/html/modules/explorerpro/action.php:124\nStack trace:\n#0 {main}\n thrown in /srv/www/domain.my/html/modules/explorerpro/action.php on line 124 PHP Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /srv/www/domain.my/html/cache/smarty/compile/e4/2a/a9/e42aa93ed0f26aa137d2845e9f13aeb9a1ef617d.file.crossselling.tpl.cache.php on line 115, referer: https://www.domain.my/quick-order [Tue Oct 06 12:53:33.028069 2020] [:error] [pid 2514] [client 202.184.53.209:54308] PHP Notice: Undefined index: static_token in /srv/www/domain.my/html/cache/smarty/compile/e4/2a/a9/e42aa93ed0f26aa137d2845e9f13aeb9a1ef617d.file.crossselling.tpl.cache.php on line 115, referer: https://www.domain.my/quick-order I will try to upgrade to 1.0.8 and investigate further.
  17. Hi Wakabayashi, Thanks for taking the time to have a look. I didn't realise that there were two fonts until you pointed this out. I had to use a different module for the pricing as it displays a price range. I will try to fix that. You are probably right about the icons. The QR-Code came with the theme and I do wonder about the usefulness of it. Perhaps I should disable it. Regards, Luke
  18. Dear All, I have been operating a second-hand children's bookshop for a couple of years. The site is My Children's Books. Over the last year, we have a fairly good conversion rate for the target market. We are doing quite well with the search engines and have a few good quality backlinks. I would welcome any suggestions for boosting traffic and increasing the conversion rate. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards, Luke
  19. Hi, Sorry to revive an old thread but I still haven't managed to solve this issue. I just have the honour the sale and pay for the shipping when it happens. However, this means I can't ship overseas as the losses could be significant. I was wondering if there is anything in the configuration or it is something to do with the caching. Any ideas would be appreciated. 20. I deactivated it in the end. Which theme are you using by the way?
  21. Just in case anyone reads this in the future, this was actually an Adyen Payment module that was causing the issues. Nothing to do with Thirty Bees. Is there a way to mark this a closed or solved?
  22. Thank you both for your recommendations. I tried the GitUpdater. It reported that there was nothing wrong with my installation. This saved me a lot of work as it was a problem with a third-party module. Thanks.
  23. Dear All, I have a TB site running on 1.0.7. It is giving me so many problems that I have given up on it. There is something seriously wrong with the orders. I have two options: migrate to a different platform or develop a new TB site and copy the relevant parts of the database to the new site. That would include orders, products, stock, customers etc. I have a Prestashop 1.6 database schema but there appear to be some differences with TB. Has anyone ever done this? Regards, Luke
  24. Hi, I have been experiencing difficulties when my customer pay. I have been using the Adyen module by WebKUL. I have explained some of the problems in these two posts. https://forum.thirtybees.com/topic/2458-2458/regenerated-invoice-that-was-only-partially-created-and-a-double-order/#comment-24564 https://forum.thirtybees.com/topic/2488-can-poor-template-cause-random-issues/?page=0#comment-24548 Basically, the problem arises when a customer pays. The order status is changed to "Payment accepted" before "Awaiting payment". This screws up the order and invoicing. As usual, the module developer didn't want to know once he discovered it was running on Thirty Bees. I installed the module on a fresh install of Prestashop 1.6 and there were no problems. The Apache, CentOS, PHP, MYSQL versions are the same. I performed a fresh install of Thirty Bees to see if it was a compatibility issue. There were no problems on the fresh install. I reverted to the community theme and disabled all of the modules that I have installed apart from the Adyen module. I disabled the cache. I also copied the files from Thirty Bees over the top of my site in case any files had been corrupted. The problem remained. The last thing I tried, was replacing the database of the site that was causing problems with the one created by the clean install of Thirty Bees. There were no problems. I believe that the problem is with the database or some settings. Is there any way to check there all the database changes have been adopted correctly? I started development on TB 1.0.0 and it is now 1.0.7 so I believe that one of the updates could have affected something. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards, Luke
