I can't hear sound. The email icon is in the preview, but my site doesn't show anything of LiveZilla. The preview looks right.

All three of those settings match mine.

@vzex I generated the code from the link generator. There are two choices now: Dynamic Code This dynamic code updates automatically whenever you change a configuration in the Link Generator. Data pass-thru not possible with this code. and Static Code This static code does not update automatically. You need to replace the code in your website whenever you change a configuration.

I really want just visitor monitoring for now, but I want to set up the chat button so I can have it when I'm ready for it. This is mindboggling! :) I suppose that means I should have it on now and then turn it off.

Is the "get social" section of icons the "addthis" icons? On my product pages right under the product I have the following buttons that have their name and icon: Tweet, Share (FB), Google+ and Pinterest. I have the "get social" icons in the footer for the whole site. It's confusing!

I'm still having trouble @vzex This is the livezilla code I pasted into presto-changeo but I deleted my ID: LiveZilla preview looks right but only for live chat. I don't see anything on my site.

@mdekker Is it necessary or can I remove addthis since I have social icons built into my template already?

I reverted the header.tpl back to what it was so it just says "Always Paws". Some ideas seem great at the time. Others not so much.

Yes, Transformer theme and people here also like the Panda theme by the same author! Check them both out and ask questions before you buy to make sure you'll be happy with your theme.

@vzex We all need our breaks. I had it going the way I want and was about to copy the code when I made some more changes and my image disappeared from the bubble. After working on it, I decided to do something else and come back to it very soon.

I use the transformer theme for my shop. It's very configurable and has excellent tech support from the developer. He is working on making it thirty bees-compatible.
