  1. @slick_303 said in eMail Error Message when Updating Order Status to "Delivered": somewhere it must be caching the mails....I haven't figured this out yet... Traumflug talked about this in another post that there are a lot of different caches when I asked how come something didn’t work but suddenly worked hours or a day later.
  2. They already are in both. I just checked. public_html/themes/transformer/mails/en and public_html/mails/en
  3. What! When did you have this problem?
  4. @SLiCK_303 Did you select a theme in the Localization / Translations > Type of translation > email templates translations > Select your theme > Your screenshot shows: Core: no theme selected.
  5. I cleared the BO cache and the Safari and FF cache and history again. Still not listed in the Localization / Translations > Core emails mails/en/
  6. You tried! That's what counts! Why do I always get stuck with the weird quirks? lol
  7. I do that every single time I make a change. I think I found the problem by looking at the file manager on my host. I put them here: public_html/mails/en but my theme does not have mails in the core folder. The core folder only has two folders: "Business" and "Foundation".
  8. Ok, are you a magician? I'll try that now. Thanks.
  9. @SLiCK_303 I did all of that and they still don't show up. I cleared the cache, the browser cache in two other browsers and viewed the settings and they aren't there, but they are on the server as we can see from my screenshot above. Here are the latest screenshots from Safari and FF:
  10. @fay_php said in 20% OFF For 6 Months on Cloudways Managed Cloud Hosting For Thirty Bees: @lesley I came here not to advertise only and ran away. I am willing to see how can we grow this community further and how Cloudways can make a good impact on Thirty Bees. In addition to what @lesley said, I don’t believe you should suggest that our global moderators and “owners” ( loosely phrased since this is open source) of our community be referred to your site to ask for compatible updates. Aren’t you a partner? Therefore, you should do what is best for us and not send us back to your site to request the latest versions of your hosting features. The point of this reply is that you will be making money from people who sign up for your hosting, while what our global moderators are doing is basically working very hard, for free. That’s my opinion and I’m sticking to it.
  11. @fay_php The “extra” features for current customers is not that impressive.
  12. @fay_php said in 20% OFF For 6 Months on Cloudways Managed Cloud Hosting For Thirty Bees: @tomik Well you know, new offers are always for the new customers. :innocent: And this is why I am downgrading to a lower, cheaper hosting plan. It just doesn't feel right that loyal customers should not be rewarded in some way. Just my opinion!
  13. @datakick I can vote tomorrow. Thanks for contributing to our ever-growing community!
  14. @datakick I voted for "customer loyalty and rewards" but only because I haven't looked into whether we have this built-in to TB.
  15. @yaniv14 said in Forcing customer to choose an attribute: I started working on a module that cover this issue few weeks ago (maybe months), but didn't have time to wrap it to a finished module yet. As soon as I get some free time I will finish it and share it here or in TB store. Thank you!
  16. @hfxracing You obviously have a long standing, successful store. This is a new site that is off the ground, possibly on the first story of a skyscraper. :) When I get more of everything, I can consider the extras. I am going to try mailchimp soon. Thanks!
  17. @slick_303 said in eMail Error Message when Updating Order Status to "Delivered": delivered.html and delivered.txt I created delivered.txt via my Mac textedit app and created delivered.html via LibreOffice. I'm at Localization / Translations - Core emails I found how to add delivered.html and delivered.txt to the core emails: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/334674-solved-how-to-create-a-new-core-email/ but I do not see my newly created "delivered mail" and also need to know where to include the "HTML "title" tag". These delivered email templates show up in my host file manager: Thanks!
  18. Right, but I try not to overwork the guy... I’d rather overwork you guys. LOL!!!
  19. Sorry. I got confused. The only email server I have is with my shared hosting.
