    I came across this older discussion and wanted to add that some newer third‑party mailer modules now let you filter orders and send template emails in one go. Have you checked modules that hook into the order list bulk actions? If not, it might be worth asking developers if they can add that hook—it’s usually a small tweak and could solve this cleanly.
