  1. @alwayspaws It is coming along. I am hoping to have it live by the middle of next month at the latest. We are moving from Wyoming to Arizona and I would like to have the new site ready when we get down there. That way I won't have to change all the address and tax information twice.
  2. @alwayspaws Well, I am embarassed. I double checked and the main folder for the site was configured at 7.0, but the subfolder for the test site was configured at 5.6. I assumed that when I upgraded the main folder it would upgrade all the subfolders, but you know what happens when you assume!

    Module help

That would be my guess :) I have an enquiry in to the developer, but I have my doubts about hearing anything. I think I will put a request in the wanted features for an amazon module. I had it installed on my prestashop site but it kept breaking the css of my custom theme. The prestashop site is 1.7 which is why I am here :)

    Module help

I have to put this here because I don't have a new topic button for the technical help or the compatability help section. I am trying to set up a prestashop Amazon Payments module by Patworx. After much back and forth with SiteGround and Amazon we have determined the problem is related to this error: Error with message - header does not contain x-amz-sns-message-type header It looks to me like that is a problem with the module, but I want to make sure it is not aTB bug. Thank you for any insights.
  5. It is a Let's Encrypt but not a wildcard one. As far as ImageMagick, he had to enable it in the subfolder where I have the thirty bees cart. I am still running php 7.0 on the site :)
  6. It is from SG. Have a good night, it is still early here :)
  7. @alwayspaws Me too, the pay part of the Amazon connection works but not the login part. Amazon's ipn checker shows sgcpanel.com as the cn on the certificate, but they said that may be a false return. SiteGround said that the ipn link is redirecting for some unknown reason to the http address and are trying to fix that.
  8. @alwayspaws Thanks, they are troubleshooting mine now so we will see if they come up with the same solution :) They also are trying to fix the Amazon SSL problem, actually both Siteground and Amazon are working on it, they are both taking responsibility now. I'm hoping it isn't just a buggy Prestashop module.
  9. I will try that, thank you. I am in the midst of trying to figure out a SSL and Amazon issue, SiteGround says it is an Amazon problem, Amazon says it is a hosting problem. Once I get that fixed I will bother SiteGround about ImageMagick I don't want to confuse them :)
  10. The chat line on SiteGround says that ImageMagick is installed by default on all their servers and you just need the note in the php.ini file. I checked and the php.ini file has it and it doesn't work so I will escalate the problem to their higher up techs.
  11. ok :)
  12. Can I install it or does SiteGround have to do it?
  13. I am getting the same error and my host said that ImageMagick is enabled and it should work with no problems
  14. Hi all, I downloaded and installed the piwik module. Now I would like to move it in the back office up to the dashboard at the top. How do I do that? Thank you for your help :)
  15. That fixed it. Thank you!
  16. Thank You!! That fixed it with PayPal but not Amazon. I will keep troubleshooting there.
  17. I downloaded the new patch file if that is what you mean. I will try the whole process again. I checked the file I uploaded and found public static $cacheLang = []; on line 48.
  18. I'm actually not terribly worried about it. TB loads very quickly. I just don't like seeing that F on Pingdom :)
  19. I am wondering if I set up a cookieless domain for TB and put the address in the media server field will the static content be copied over, do I have to move the static content manually, or do I need to set up a mirror shop on that domain? I have built quite a few websites but am new to prestashop/tb :|
  20. I reapplied the patch, cleared the OPCache and all other caches, restarted the php and got the same error.
  21. I applied the new patch and got the same error on the back office product page. So replaced the AdminController.php file with the old one again :(
  22. I found with prestashop 1.7 (which is what this upload is based on) I had to change the field separator to | and the multiple value separator to ~. The upload file I use for the prestashop site worked here without any problems.
  23. Both the PayPal and Amazon modules have the same problem so I am guessing it is a TB bug not a problem with the module. Orders using both those payment methods go through with no problems, however if a new customer tries to log in the flow is fine until the last step where they are added to the database. Debug did not return an error for Amazon, but the PayPal error is: Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in xxxxxx/Store/classes/Customer.php on line 686 [PrestaShopException] Property PayPalModule\PayPalLoginUser->id_customer is empty at line 974 in file classes/ObjectModel.php In the Amazon module test order I requested an account be added at checkout. The order processed as a guest order and no account was added. The order confirmation page with the statement saying an account would be added loaded and then a box popped up saying there was an error and to try again or contact us. I checked an my database is not corrupt and the file permissions appear to be correct.
  24. Thanks :)
  25. @mdekker I didn't replace the other file in the patch with the old one. Should I, or should I just leave it and hope that 1.01 is released soon?
