  1. Ok, just one more question. The client wants to keep their current homepage so the store would be in a subfolder. Is it possible to just have the subfolder point to the default domain?
  2. I have a question about how the payment modules work with the multistore. For instance, if I have a store at www.abc and one at www.xyz will I be able to have payments for www.abc go to stripe account abc and payments for www.xyz go to stripe account xyz? I have a second store which I am planning to move to tb and I am wondering if it would be better to add it with multistore or have a completely new tb installation on the second domain.
  3. @alwayspaws I used the the one included in the 1.01 folder released April 26th. The current one on github is the one with the problem (unless @mdekker has it fixed by now.)
  4. @alwayspaws You need the original file classes/product.php file that is in the 1.01 release and the AdminImportController.php file that was corrected the end of May. From the errors you were having I am guessing that you have both of the files that were corrected the end of May, so you just need to replace the Product.php one. You can get it by downloading the file from here, unzipping it on your computer and then uploading just the classes/Product.php file to your site on Siteground.
  5. @alwayspaws had a problem with only one product showing in a category. I confirmed that when a product was added to a category either by import or in the back office all other products in that category were removed. I restored the product.php file that was replaced by the change above, but left the AdminImportController.php alone. The problem with the products being removed from the category is now fixed and the problem I was having with the products not being marked as active on import also seems to be fixed (so that bug must have been in the AdminImportController.php)
  6. @mdekker https://github.com/thirtybees/thirtybees/compare/99b9484de714a90f801bb363f8cc45ec446f7cf7…f0da5266e8d64d363ac3f9c9afc845f9004bdb9a It wasn't just the import that was the problem. If I added a product to a category in the back office it deleted all other products from that category. After I replaced the classes/product.php with the old one it now adds the product but doesn't delete the other products in that category.
  7. @mdekker @alwayspaws Out of curiousity I checked my catalogs and found that catalogs that have been added to since the fix to the classes/product.php only showed one item. I replaced the file with the old one, did a complete upload of the inventory and now it is as it should be, so it must be a problem with the "fix".
  8. @alwayspaws After the import did you go to Preferences - Search and make sure that they are indexed. You may need to click Add missing products to the index for them to show in the front office.
  9. @alwayspaws Can you see the products in the back office?
  10. @alwayspaws Don't you have to import the products using the product import file and then import the combinations? I don't import combinations so don't know, but looking at the sample combination csv file it looks like the product has to already be in the database.
  11. I updated the two files and it fixed the problem I was having with the product import where it was setting all products to inactive. Thank you @mdekker for the fix.
  12. @mdekker Thank you, I will do it now.
  13. @Havouza So I can just delete them and see what happens?
  14. In looking at the folders in the module folder on my server I have three PayPal folders. One is called 6e5cb9a32dc98208910dab06ae20df44 with a paypal folder in it with all the other files. This was last updated on 5/26. The second is called 915dcc8de135f31f2bd4992f64ec6be4 again a subfolder paypal with all the other files. This was updated on 5/24. The third is called PayPal and has all the other files. This was updated on 5/26. Should I have three folders? If not which should I delete?
  15. In checking the error file I found this error message: Property PayPalModule\PayPalCustomer->id_customer is empty at line 1022 in file classes/ObjectModel.php It was logged when I tried to use the Express checkout as a guest. When I used the express checkout before I used it as a registered customer. As a guest I got a payment failure notice.
  16. @mdekker Well it isn't the theme. I ran a comparison of the two themes and the only differences are purely cosmetic. Did you see anything strange in the htaccess file? It looked normal to me.
  17. I am going to update the theme to the default theme in 1.01. It is a modification of the default theme in 1.0. Maybe something was updated in the default theme that needs to be updated in my theme.
  18. /index.php?fc=module&module=paypal&controller=logintoken?authentication&code=C21AAFQzs0RjFWpmQKUXA_sNrt0Llmdd0taOMd7YmOpKCL1KSm-UZJ9j7cwWu7f4bOrPkx4jiVpbV2r8r0WObqmqNeobdsTLQ&scope=phone%20address%20email%20https%3A%2F%2Furi.paypal.com%2Fservices%2Fexpresscheckout%20openid%20https%3A%2F%2Furi.paypal.com%2Fservices%2Fpaypalattributes%20profile
  19. Update: I tested it with the live configuration. In the PayPal Payments standard the logo was a question mark on the first page in PayPal then disappeared completely after login. The order went straight from the PayPal welcome screen which asks for address confirmation to the completed order page. It skipped the review your order before you pay page. In the express checkout everything proceded as it should. The login does not work. It still returns the 404 page, and does not log the customer in.
  20. @mdekker When I first set up Amazon payments and PayPal I had problems. The PayPal one was related to a bug which you fixed (missing code) and then PayPal worked fine. It may have broken when I upgraded to 1.01 or it may have happened with the PayPal upgrade. I didn't check it until after the PayPal upgrade. The Amazon issue was on their end and is now fixed. The other url problem I have is that the blog category page pulls up the postdefault image instead of the postlist_item image.
  21. When using login with PayPal after inputting the paypal information a 404 error is returned and the customer is not logged in. When checking out with PayPal the store logo is not present on the PayPal login page. The order is processed correctly (payment is received, the customer is emailed) but the customer is returned to the login page instead of the order confirmation page. Also if the address is different in PayPal than what the customer puts in the tb order information PayPal does not return the address, (I am not sure if that is a bug or just the way it is supposed to be). Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)
  22. @mdekker Here is the information you asked for: .htaccess 01495771852699.htaccess The theme is a copy of the 1.0 default theme.
  23. @alwayspaws You mean in the breadcrumbs? In the breadcrumbs on my site if you click on Home it takes you to the home page.
  24. @alwayspaws Root category should be 0. I have my blockcategories set to current. Why do you want to get rid of the home category? I mean where do you not want it to show?
  25. @alwayspaws You don't need to put Dog Clothing in your upload, just the subcategories. Also if you are using the ~ you need to change it on the TB import page from a ,
