@alwayspaws I did see the difference, that is why I looked at the csv file. I am wondering if it somehow saved with the wrong field delimiter when you changed the number. I was expecting to see a ; for the field delimiter and a , for the multivalue separator not a , for both. Also your file had quotes around the name and value entries which I don't use (the quotes), and are not in the sample file. If you are testing on your test site could you upload the original combination file as it was and see if it overwrites the product to show the incorrect information? If it does, then something was changed in the upload process since the file was made and maybe @mdekker could tell you how you need to change your csv file. @alwayspaws When I went to open the csv file in libreoffice calc it showed that the file has the field separator as a comma as well as the multivalue separator. I opened it in notepad and it does have the field separator as a comma.

For some reason it is not recognizing the comma as a multivalue separator, that is why I asked if you had changed your file format recently. I guess I should have asked if you were using the comma when the earlier listings were uploaded. The number of combinations shouldn't make any difference.

I checked your site and the items you listed a while ago have the size and color split. The newest ones have them as one item. Did you change your csv file format recently? If you are using a , as the multivalue separator it should import your size and color as two attributes not one. Your file looks like mine except I use ~ as my multivalue separator.

I changed my back office theme from thirtybees to blue and the problem has gone away.

After updating to 1.0.3 I was having problems with images not importing properly with csv import. I changed my back office theme from thirtybees to blue and the problem seems to have resolved its self. Try changing your back office theme and reimport the images.

@dvd Can you see the images in the back office? If so, are all the check boxes checked next to the image? This is what my image tab looks like in the bo

I have been using this module and it does work well with 30bz.

I have two stores in a multishop setup. One store sells books, the other a variety of things. There are a few books I would like to have on the second shop as well as the first. In an upload I may have 30 books for the bookstore and one of those I would also like in the other store. What is the best way to accomplish this? Thank you.

I read Lesley's post about google analytics and he said that an update to the tb google analytics module was done yesterday. I checked and my bo did not have a notification of the update. I went to the update module and clicked "check for module updates" and I got the error message "Unable to update module info". I am using tb 1.0.3. Also, I just checked the configuration page and it shows "Changed/missing files have been detected. Updated files (26)" Do I need to manually update the files?

After updating to 1.0.3 the images in new blog posts are not showing in either front office or back office. The images are in the file on the server, so they uploaded correctly. There are no error messages. I used BeyondCompare to check if there were any diffences in the module files before and after the update and there were none. Any ideas?

I added a 1 to the string for each feature. It is putting the features in as custom, but at least they are there.

I am using @innercode's module and it works well with 30bz.

I just found out that none of the features have been importing since I upgraded to 1.0.2. I know, I should have noticed sooner, but the problems I had with the imports in 1.0.3 made me look closer at the products. Instead of using the features in the upload it is defaulting to the features of the first product. I noticed also in the upload matching the features have this as the header: Feature (Name:Value:Position:Customized) instead of : Feature (Name:Value:Position). What do I need to do to fix this?

I downloaded 1.0.3 to my computer and checked the files in the download against the files on the server and found that there seemed to be quite a few which had differences. So I uploaded the files from my computer to the server using filezilla set to skip any which were the same size. I just did an upload and it went through without a hitch, so something must not have updated correctly with the upgrade module.

@mdekker The source files were not imported correctly, that is why I got the error and could not sort. By disabling ImageMagick and reimporting the file it fixed that problem. It seems it is a problem with the image import on 1.0.3. I am going to dig around a bit more and see if I can find the problem.

Disabling and enabling ImageMagick did not fix the upload problem. The import still fails if the module is enabled (without an error message). When it is disabled the products are imported but not all the photos.

On further investigation I found that it has something to do with the imagemagick module. When I tried to reverse the sort direction of the products in the back office it returned a 500 server error. I did all that with no change, then had a Duh thought. I checked and somehow the category I was trying to see had been clicked to display-no. Fixed now :)
