  1. @traumflug said in thirty bees getting better and better: release 1.0.8: It looks a bit like this page needs a delete button behind each file. That would be wonderful! With a select all and delete all button at the bottom :)

  3. @traumflug This seems to have fixed it. However on the Configuration Information page I have 727 obsolete files listed. How do I fix this?
  4. I got the same error, updating with the updater from 1.0.7 to 1.0.8

    CSV Import

It will be automatically generated. I have found that using | for the field separator and ~ for the multifield separator works better than ; and ,. Just make sure you change it on the csv import page.
  6. @colorful-ant Thank you, but at the time of that thread the combination csv file I am using was working fine. Something must have changed since then.
  7. @traumflug I do instruct the import page to use the |. That can't be the problem as the product import files work fine using the | and ~.
  8. It is a long time since I did an upload of combinations. Last night I tried to do one using the file format I used the last time and it failed without an error message. It said it completed correctly and the quantity of the product increased as if there were combinations but there are no combinations showing in the front or back office. I am thinking that sometning must have changed in the required format of the spreadsheet since I did the last upload. I did search the forum (after it was fixed) but didn't find anything that helped. I have attached the file which I used for the upload.01540167508891Combinations_import4.csv Thank you for any help.
  9. When I try to use the search at the top of this page I get the following error: Internal Error. Oops! Looks like something went wrong! /api/search connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:32769
  10. I have two thirty bees sites. I started out with a multishop and then split them into two separate sites. Recaptcha worked on one site but not the other (both before and after the split). I upgraded both sites and both now work. Thank you!
  11. What is not working for you? I have been using the csv import and it is working for me.
  12. Thank you for your suggestion, it worked for the most part. When I disabled the multistore for store 2 (after changing the default store to store 2) it set most of the default information to that of store 1; including the contact information, the logo on the home page, the image in the top banner, the stripe, paypal and amazon pay keys. Now I have to figure out how to delete the orders from store 1 that belong to store 2 and vice versa :| Also recaptcha is not working in store 2. I thought it was a multistore problem but I guess it is not. That is a problem for another day...
  13. I have two stores set up in a multiple store format. I am thinking I should have set them up as two separate stores. What would be the best way to split them? Thank you for any advice.
  14. I have ImageMagick installed. I don't know if that makes a difference or not.
  15. That is odd. I updated from 1.0.3 and have the options. Do you have ImageMagick activated?
  16. I had to dig for the error message I referenced above. On upload it just said error: and nothing. Thank you for finding how to fix the upload problem. Now we need someone to shed some light on the high resolution image problem :)
  17. @colorful-ant I went in and disabled each of those as well as "generate high resolution images" and then activated them one by one. It appears that it is the high resolution image generation that is the problem. The upload does not fail with the below configuration.
  18. Has anyone else had a problem importing image files in 1.0.4 using .csv import?
  19. Looks like the goal has been met and exceeded! Yeah!
  20. I did do a test upload after seeing the error message with imagemagick disabled and the upload completed but the images were not there, just the place holder and another error message popped up about a file not found when I deleted them.
  21. @lesley It is the one created by imagemagick. But the problem seems to be that the import is not saving the image referenced by the url but the url itself. "starts with 0x3c 0x21" is saying that it is an html file not a jpg.
  22. I just did my first csv import after upgrading and it failed. The log report returned this error: "ERROR 2018/05/07 - 11:13:44: Not a JPEG file: starts with 0x3c 0x21 `/.../.../.../.../store/img/p/8/0/3/7/8037.jpg' @ error/jpeg.c/JPEGErrorHandler/322 at line 94 in file override/classes/ImageManager.php" When I removed the image url from the csv file the upload went through fine and then I manually added the photos in the back office with no problems. Any ideas?
  23. I upgraded to 1.0.4 with no problems. I am running two stores on a multistore platform and both are working faster and better.
