The dashboard Forecast doesn't seem to show any info, on either of my test sites....

Never mind, I got it working by uninstalling then re-installing the module... :)

For some reason mind is not working you put data in the config save it but then when you go back no graphs for anything & click config all the data is gone. any Ideas?

If I new what table held the data I could look at it let me try db repair

Look in the config table.

It would be the ps_configuration table I am pretty sure.

I think it looks at all the psorder* tables. probably mostly psorderdetail ??

nope must be PSconfigurationkpi because it has things like this in it like now I had this screw up on PS & it never worked & I did play with it in 2016 NULL DASHGOALSTRAFFIC012016 NULL DASHGOALSCONVERSION012016

The PRODUCTS AND SALES section is fine so I don't think it's that slick the tables you mention have order data

if I knew the exact table I would just drop it & then run the command to make a new table with no data

Is the forecast module even being shown on your dashboard? Or it's showing, but with no data in it?

showing but no bar graphics you can save infor in the fields but after it saves the next time you click the gear the data you entered is gone

I am still having a issue with this any of the Dev team know what table in the db the data it is saved in for the forecast module and the sql command to drop the table & then re make the table?

Well I have a Update forecast is working again I removed it from the store BO completely deleted it. Uploaded a fresh file set from version 1.03TB which starts it at version 1.0. I clicked the gear my data was there edited & made changes looks to be working. I am not going to upgrade it as that is what seams to break it.
