A hooked module does not display on homepage

Hi In a test site with TB 1.0.3 and Panda theme I can't display a module (Advanced Banner) on the homepage.

Is your cache catching it? Also, that theme is kind of complicated, different layouts activate different hooks. Are you sure it is on a hook that is activated.
