    Yes, I make the translations in BO. I'm using TB 1.1.0

    It's difficult to know when the translations are reverted, I always realize it days after I've translated it and checked that it works, but I'll observe it.

    My language is Spanish. The attached picture is a category. I've maked in red colour the texts that I've translated several times.

    Hi, Do you know if is there any bug in TB translations? I have translate to my language some texts several times but suddenly I find them in English once again. I translate texts in TB menu Location/Translations. Do you think is better to do it in the files through FTP? Thanks in advance!

    I've migrated my PS (1.6.0.13) to TB a few days ago and I'm really surprised to learn that refunds don't work as in PS. When I made a partial refund in Prestashop, a credit slip was created with the parcial amount refunded, not the total of purchase. This doesn't make any sense. Have you found any solution to solve this issue?

    Yes, when I try to create a new Order Status it is assigned ID 0 and name is not displayed. Also, if I try to create a new one I get an error (see attached picture).

    My programmer told me this: Now I can access the Order page, but I'm afraid it's not the right solution.

    Yes, the statuses were imported using SQL, as my programmer tell me.

    Yes, tb_order_state contains the 'name' column (see attached picture). Could this issue have been caused because we have imported the Prestashop order statuses to TB?

    Hi rand0m, I find myself in the same situation. I agree with you. This behavior is nonsense if there are several images for one combination. Prestashop 1.6 manage this matter correctly. Could you fix it?

    I can't find the problem. I don't remember installing a module in the last few days. Anyway, if the issue was caused by the installation of a new module, if I disable the module it will not solve the problem, right?

    Ya me lo han solucionado. Creo que era porque en las últimas versiones de Prestashop y ThirtyBees no vienen por defecto 3 ficheros que gestionan el envío de los correos electrónicos. Estos ficheros se encargan de recoger la descripción de cada producto e insertarla en los correos. Estos son los 3 ficheros: order_conf_product_list.txt order_conf_cart_rules.tpl order_conf_cart_rules.txt

    Hola lovershop, Ya no me pasa, aunque no tengo muy claro el por qué. Te sugiero que pruebes a hacer las importaciones en formato excel (xls/xlsx) para ver si se soluciona, ya que yo empecé a importar en CSV pero ahora hago las importaciones con archivos XLSX y creo que podría ser una causa. Saludos!

    ¡Solucionado! El problema es que estaba cambiando los URL para el idioma inglés, no para el español, porque en el back office me selecciona por defecto el inglés y no me había dado cuenta de este detalle. Saludos!

    Hola: Estoy a punto de hacer una migración de PS a TB y mi problema es el contrario, quiero conservar las URL de Prestashop porque no quiero perder relevancia SEO, pero por más que uso la misma configuración en el menú SEO&URLs, no aparecen las ID. ¿Estoy haciendo algo mal? ¿Tengo que limpiar caché o algo así para que me aplique los cambios y muestre correctamente las URLs? ¡Gracias de antemano!

    Hi, The order email that customers receive, has the purchased products fields empty (see attached image). Actually, that only happens with some payment methods. For example, the email is correct for card payment orders. But the email has blank fields when the customer has choosen bank transfer or Paypal. Version 1.0.8 bleeding edge. Thank you in advance for your help!

    ¡Hola! Estoy haciendo pruebas con la versión 1.0.8 bleeding edge y cuando recibo el correo con la confirmación de un nuevo pedido, las líneas de los productos vendidos están en blanco, aparecen vacíos todos los campos (adjunto imagen). ¡Gracias de antemano por vuestra ayuda!
