New Messages Customer Service

I know I seen someone else with this issue but I tried multiple searches and cannot find the thread. If I mark a message as handled the new message stays there any Idea. Sorry for the double post but I cannot fine the topic.

Same problem: New messages and Pending messages.

I still have the problem in BO (Dashboard) that ALL messages are displayed. It would be nice if only the still open or unanswered messages are displayed here.
