Possible bug - Custom Payment Methods - too many entries in ps_custom_payment_method_* tables

After creating custom payment methods, each time the mapping is saved, it creates a set of new records with duplicate information in pscustompaymentmethodcarrier/group/lang/shop tables instead of updating the existing records.
