Janvier Posted February 22, 2018 Posted February 22, 2018 I clicked the "send payment link" in the back-office and the front office went straight to error 500. Very embarrassing when trying to demo for a paying customer! This is the error message: https://jpst.it/1bi1J What do I do?
0 SLiCK_303 Posted February 22, 2018 Posted February 22, 2018 Excuse my ignorance, but where is this 'send payment link' in the BO? Also the error from your server error log would be more helpful than the error message you provided.
0 Janvier Posted February 22, 2018 Author Posted February 22, 2018 It's when you create an order from the BO. I've looked at the error logs, I can't seem to find it.
0 SLiCK_303 Posted February 22, 2018 Posted February 22, 2018 do you mean one of these two links? Also, I would just do the procedure you did before, create the error, then it will be right there in your error log... hopefully
0 Janvier Posted February 22, 2018 Author Posted February 22, 2018 Yes! I clicked on both, first on the left, then the right. And when the page loaded I was greeted with the error 500.
0 SLiCK_303 Posted February 22, 2018 Posted February 22, 2018 any overrides that might be affecting it? Or is this on a clean install?
0 Janvier Posted February 22, 2018 Author Posted February 22, 2018 I don't know. But checking the error logs I was surprised at how many there were. It'll be less of a hassle to reinstall the entire website than to go error hunting.
0 SLiCK_303 Posted February 22, 2018 Posted February 22, 2018 ;( Thats not cool.... But whatever works I guess. Try it on a clean tb 1.0.3 install
0 Janvier Posted February 22, 2018 Author Posted February 22, 2018 Exactly, I'll start fresh. Thanks anyway.
0 SLiCK_303 Posted February 22, 2018 Posted February 22, 2018 ok, sorry I couldn't point you in the right direction... :(
0 Janvier Posted February 22, 2018 Author Posted February 22, 2018 Don't sweat it, you couldn't fix the small issue but you pointed me to the big issue accidentally. You might have just saved me from a huge headache a few months from now.
0 SLiCK_303 Posted February 22, 2018 Posted February 22, 2018 Yeah, fresh install is always the best place to start from. You get better results that way for the future, for sure. If you have an issue with this on a fresh install let us know.....
0 zimmer-media Posted March 1, 2018 Posted March 1, 2018 @janvier Problem solved, or is it still there? If yes, please enable Debug Mode on and tell the Communtiy the new information, as it is better in this view.
