Is it happening for you as well or just for a customer? Also what is showing in your browser console?

It's me who's logged in, so don't know if a customer is seeing it, I just know I am. I don't know what browser console is, sorry. :(

I cannot tell if it is because the information is sent without ssl, but from the console this is the url that is returning the 403 error, https://www.paypal.com/paymentwall/payment-selection

I had my webhost turn on that free SSL module. :( I thought that would have done it.

You have to enable ssl in thirty bees. Go to preferences -> general and enable ssl.

Enabled on all pages, and still there. Argghh...

What paypal methods are you trying to use? Are you trying to use paypal plus?

That was it! I had Paypal Plus enabled, only because when I first added that module it said I had to turn on ALL paypal options. YAY!!! THANKS!!

Ahh great. plus is a special method from germany that most users do not need.
