Paypal does not work after update vatnumber

Now that I've updated the module "vatnumber", Paypal does not work anymore. I tried to reset Paypal and reinstall it. I have tried an older version and the 6.0 beta 4. Other changes were not made.

Does anyone have any idea how I can solve the problem?

Update: I just noticed that Plesk has an update error. I'm not sure if it's because.

edit: after 17 hours, the email for the faulty update has now arrived :(
