Havouza Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 Something interesting has happened over night Suddenly I can't login to BO using Chrome. It just reloads the login page. From Mozilla it is no problem
yaniv14 Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 Does you folder name is ThiryBees? if so try changing it to: thirtybees
yaniv14 Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 Did you try login from Chrome in incognito mode to make sure its not cache/cookie issue?
Havouza Posted April 23, 2017 Author Posted April 23, 2017 Solved. Cleared the browser cache and it works again.
Guest Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 Too quick. Could login once after cache cleaning. Cant login using incognito mode either
dynambee Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 I'm running the latest version of Chrome, 58.0.3029.81 (64-bit) on Win10 x64 and have no troubles logging out and in to multiple TB sites I am using for development work.
Guest Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 No it is strange. We will see what happens. I even changed pw to see so that did not hang anywhere but with no success
dynambee Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 I'm running standard TB 1.0.0 on Cloudways using Cloudflare. I have Let's Encrypt HTTPS certs installed and both TB and Cloudflare set to force HTTPS everywhere. If you aren't using an HTTPS link to log in, perhaps try that? Or maybe you don't have a cert installed but inadvertently turned on the "HTTPS for all pages" feature in TB?
Guest Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 I have SSL installed and force https and have https for all pages. I also have CloudFlare. Suddenly the Mozilla also started to behave the same way. I then disabled CloudFlare and Chrome and Mozilla worked directly
dynambee Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 You can try clearing the Cloudflare cache to see if that helps. Also make sure you don't have page rules set up in such a way that it's creating a redirect loop or some other problem.
dynambee Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 You do it through their page rules. You can do all sorts of things through page rules, but only if the cloudflare caching is turned on. Otherwise they are just providing DNS services for your existing host and DNS doesn't allow anything like page rules to work.

dynambee Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 @Vegaanders, did you try clearing Cloudflare's cache for your site? You can clear individual files or you can wipe the entire cache. Probably best to wipe the entire cache. My guess is there is a conflict of some sort between what is in the Cloudflare cache and what your site is serving or expecting.
Havouza Posted April 23, 2017 Author Posted April 23, 2017 Can some @administrators take away the Vegaanders account please. Enough with my Havouza account
alwayspaws Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 @Vegaanders said in Chrome must have updated: @alwayspaws I have answered Great. If you signed up with github as Vegaanders maybe you'd like to create a new GitHub account with Havouza
