Migrating from subfolder

Hi
I have my store in a subfolder under a Joomla site.

Now when have  finished setting up the store with all products, I need to migrate the store to the root.
Could someone please help me with a step by step tuturial on how to do it?
I have tryed it without any luck. All got messed up. Fortunely I had a back up. Thanks in advance.

Unless you removed Joomla in this process, this obviously mixes Joomla and thirty bees files, which is pretty much like asking for trouble.

There's no drawback in running thirty bees in a subfolder. Many merchants do this.
