Hi,

I have a problem with orders.  When a customer pass an order with credit card payment, after the bank process, the order is canceled but the payment is passed.  

I found that the system always use the same order reference number that correspond to an old order in 2018.  This old order is a canceled one.  

Do you have hints on how to diagnose this problem ?

I have never used this module. Seems to be quite old. My guess is, that the problem comes from the module. Two questions:

  • Do you use any module that overrides the reference number?
  • Did this module work correct in prestashop?
