Extra products on order

Hi

Sorry to be a pain with yet another question , but have just received a order today with extra stuff. Lucky for me it was easy to spot as the email was different. They haven't order any extras just 1 item but I had 3 show up. Here is the form

Need more info.  What is Product Field? is that some 3rd party module? Have you checked those products? to see if they have some extra info on them.

I didn't think of it before but it is a module I bought for my paid extra's ...Been giving me no end of grief

Yeah might need to ask the dev who created it.  Maybe it’s not that compatible.  Was it free or paid?  It has been giving you grief.

They been working on it a few times... It's the only module I have bought that has given me issues..Problem is if I find another it'll take me at least 3 weeks to get everything as it was. as I need paid attributes with text and tick boxes

Also cannot find another to take it's place ..There are a few about but they are mainly , I need text boxes and drop down lists.

The Dev completely messed up my site by trying to fix their mistake ,Couldn't checkout at all :( ..Had to do a full restore back to a working state

Sounds like you need a Test Site.  You don't want Devs "playing around in the Live environment"
