Havouza
Anyone know if there is a module out there to get custom tabs on the product page like there was in PS 1.5? I have one for PS 1.6 but it does not work in tb
0 Havouza
@Nemo Please update your custom tabs tutorial and combinations tutorial to be usable for TB. They are otherwise great and easy to understand
0 alwayspaws
@Havouza Do you have a screenshot or explain what it looks like, please? Thanks! I found this but still don't understand what it does: http://nemops.com/prestashop-1-6-product-page-tabs/#.WTWTRRPyt-k
0 Havouza
It adds more tabs to the product page. So you can put in different info without getting a mile long page

0 alwayspaws
Still not clear. Either you want a ticket system or you want to add additional info to the product pages. Which is it?
0 Havouza
All the tabs with the additional info. That is what I want
0 alwayspaws
Okay but you're using his ticket system add-on to do this?
0 Havouza
Seems to be more late for you. I want to be able to have these tabs on the product page. The Ticket system product page is an example only

0 alwayspaws
I know you're not fighting. :) I asked for an example since you said you already used it. I wanted to know what it looks like on a product page.

0 wakabayashi
Why doens't it work for tb? Any errors?
0 Havouza
The product.tpl is totally rewritten so you cant make the changes in the code that you are supposed to
0 wakabayashi
But you said, you have a module for 1.6?
0 Havouza
Yes and using it you must make changes in the product.tpl, the same changes Nemo describe in his tutorial. But the product.tpl is so rewritten so neither can be used
0 wakabayashi
Maybe you get some help here, if you post the afforded changes.
0 Havouza
Do you think so? Look in the tutorial http://nemops.com/prestashop-1-6-product-page-tabs/#.WTZs85J97Dd
0 wakabayashi
Ah, I thought you have a module... To understand this tutorial with different theme, you need to have a good knowledge of HTML. Problem with these kind of tutorials is always, that they can't be followed 1:1 after some changes in theme. But the method Nemo is showing, is probably still working. 0 Havouza
It is the tb theme so it should not be any different. And to get the module to work you need to do the same changes. The difference is that you get an admin in the BO where you can create the tabs and some other settings. Then you get a new menu in the product page where you can populate the tab.
