Niara Theme - Alter/Remove parts? how?

Not finding where I can alter the text for the ABOUT page.
Would also like to remove the left INFORMATION BOX, and the first column Information footer menu. (Specials / New products / Top sellers / Contact us /Terms and conditions / About us /Sitemap)

I'm doing this site for free for a non-profit association. So the easiest fix would be greatly appreciated. .
