Sections not showing up?

So, some of my sections, aren't showing up... Example.

Fisher Price and Masters Of The Universe Classics is there, but once you click on Products, it doesn't show on left side menu, or the hover menu.... After your click Products, the subcategory for it, shows it. Also, Walking Dead still says "Coming", but not on the product icon... just left menu. It's also not showing Fisher Price, or Masters Of The Universe Classics on the mobile version... Walking Dead still says COMING on there as well.

How can I fix this?

I turned off Friendly Url, then turned it back on. Everything is there now. 

Is that really all it takes?

These actions rewrote .htaccess, so it's quite possible this fixed an issue.
