Product editing issues

Hi Updated to 1.2 after try to product edit. Select product then select one product that page fully loded (admin panel left top 30 bees logo continue rounding) but image not loded. not possible product editing .145 product 500 images. How to solve this Thanks

Are there any errors in the server log? Or any errors in the console log?

Ouch, looks like we have an error in the error handling.

If a PrestaShopException is thrown from eval()´d code the file argument is null and displayMessage() crashes, hiding the real error.

@mdekker needs to have a second look, I just checked the code briefly, I might be wrong...

hi rob 1)i create a new 30 be 1.1 in sub folder eg: www.mydomain.com/store/ total 7 product (default product) after update to 1.2 product editing possible not any issue.

2) i get my 30 b 1.1 server back up in my main site eg : www.mydomain.com/ then after updated to 1.2 again and check public html error log not any error it is perfect but product editing and creating not possible price tab not open canot select image from pc save button always loading (rounding) page fully loaded but 30 b logo (admin panel left top )all time running .this site using 145 product 500 image 1 image aprox 50 kb see server details Server information: Linux #1 SMP Tue Dec 27 17:42:53 EST 2016 x86_64

Server software version: Apache

PHP version: 7.0.21

Memory limit: 256M

Max execution time: 300 MySQL version: 5.6.35-log

MySQL server: localhost

MySQL driver: DbPDO server config info all ok my server nginx and apache supported how to solve this ? please answer and help me . sorry i am not expert program side only average knowledge thanks

I'm having the same issue. Perhaps you can replicate it on my site - I'm busy setting it up from scratch (1.0.2 installed via Scriptaculous, upgraded also to same version to try fix the error), came upon this issue with the first product.

Oh my word! That's exactly what causes the issue! As soon as I enable tax, the product loads correctly. Disable tax and the problem re-asserts itself!

To clarify - cross-selling doesn't affect the loading. It's definitely tax that affects it.

grab the latest version of price.js from here. https://raw.githubusercontent.com/thirtybees/thirtybees/1.0.x/js/admin/price.js

and replace it with the existing file located at: /js/admin

Nope - didn't work. I'll stick with Taxes enabled for now, and just set my products to use no tax.

after replacing the file make sure you are loading the new file by clearing your browser cache (ctrl + f5). or even better is to load the page once in incognito mode (private none cache window) just to make sure that it works.
